2. Entry deadline

The entry deadline will be announced in the relevant draw.

3. Participation in the prize draw

Participation in the competition is by commenting on the publication of the competition.

4. Conducting the draw and announcing the winner

On Facebook, the winner will be drawn from the comments on the competition post. For Instagram draws, the winner may be drawn from those who have liked, commented or followed the profile. The criteria for the draw will be announced in the post. The closing date will be announced at the time of the draw. The draw will then take place within 2 days and the winner will be personally notified by private message. All communications relating to entrants and the winner will be destroyed within 1 month of the winner being contacted and the prize being delivered.

5. The prize

The prize will be announced in the draw announcement.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If the winner is not contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. Facebook/Instagram are not involved in the competition and are only providing a platform for the competition to take place.

6. Responsibility of the lottery organizer

Katariina Mäki Oy limits its liability to the prize being drawn. The lottery organizer pays the lottery taxes arising from the draw.

7. Changing the rules

Katariina Mäki Oy reserves the right to make changes without notice to the prize draw, its rules, prizes, timing or other matters affecting the conduct of the prize draw without prior notice. Any changes will be announced in the publication of the draw.

8. Publicity of the lottery

By entering the competition, participants grant the organizer the right to publish their name and photograph without any consent or compensation if they win the prize. The winner's name and photo may be published on Katariina Mäki Oy's social media channels.
